Highly Recommend! Grand at Polaris is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home! There are a ton of amenities here that cover a wide range of interests. Superior customer service and well-maintained property! Meredith provided a comprehensive tour of the property and made me feel instantly comfortable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The floor plans are spacious and the attached garage feature is a definite bonus. The club house is gorgeous, and the pool, gym, and other amenities a top-notch. The Grand at Polaris is an excellent option!

Amazing property with prompt service We've been a renter here for 2.5 years and would recommend this property to anyone looking! The property managers on site are always super friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team, led by Ben, usually was able to come to our unit the same day we put our request. While most people tend to keep to themselves, I did make friends with some neighbors and we all helped each other out during quarantine. Nice community, some issues The community is really pretty. My favorite thing to do while living there was going for walks on the expansive sidewalks and into tue beautiful neighboring housing complexes. Two main concerns you should know. First, if you get a first floor unit, you’re gonna hear every step the person above you takes. My upstairs neighbors drove me nuts and I don’t think they were loud people- the buildings were likely built really poorly.
