Nice community, some issues The community is really pretty. My favorite thing to do while living there was going for walks on the expansive sidewalks and into tue beautiful neighboring housing complexes. Two main concerns you should know. First, if you get a first floor unit, you’re gonna hear every step the person above you takes. It is clean and manicured and I appreciate how dog-friendly it is here with a dog park and dog waste stations throughout the community. It is quiet and peaceful. Great place to live! I have been here 2 going on three years. Management is kind and helpful. Always glad to see you. Maintenance is the best. Newer apartments but anything I have ever needed they are on it same day!

We love Emerson Park! My wife and I moved into Emerson Park for our first home. Brittni and the rest of the team are second to none. They answered every question we had while we were still looking, while we lived their, and during our process of finding a new home too! They made life super easy and the team was always super accessible. Apartments are cozy and customizable, amenities are great, and the community we were in was amazing!

Great move-in The customer service in leasing office is outstanding! Chloe and Brittni are very professional but also sweet and personable. The technology Champion utilizes for leasing is top notch and makes the process very simple. My unit was immaculate when I moved in and there was a very nice card and thank you gift left for me. Also, the customer service doesn’t stop after the lease is signed. Brittni saved me a lot of money by helping me with my automatic rent payment. I highly recommend Emerson Park.
