I just had my roof replaced by Emerson.The whole process was very clear and they explained everything..Including the insurance claim process.. Very nice job...The workers were fast and very pleasant.... The project manager was very nice and gave me some good advice...Telling me to be sure to call them after a year and have them inspect the roof...all free..and for the next 3 years...to be sure all is well and they would fix any problems they found... For starters the beginning of the journey was pleasant. Mr ***** was the person that contacted me at the beginning, and he had knowledge about their job to be completed. Later on Mr ******* Jr completed the final notes and the roof was on its way. Everything took three days, the job was completed and my house went up in value. I do recommend ******* Home Services to anyone that need anything to be done with courtesy, on time, at the best value.
Had a roof installed by Emerson Home Services and couldn't be more happy with its' quality or the service. Not only is the roof beautiful but only took one day to install. The customer service was excellent. They patiently worked with me through the process and were very helpful. Amanda and Kenny especially went out of way to help me. I would highly recommend this company.

I waited over 4 months to post this review to see if what they told me was true.... and it was! I had my roof replaced by them in December of last year. They started the roof and finished in one day. The cleanup was great. The job manager even told me if any more nails show up after rain, to call them and they would come back out and do another magnet sweep. This is the second project Emerson Home Services has completed for us. The first was a screened in porch. This time it was a Pavilion out in our side yard. We can't say enough good things about Fernando and Emerson Home Services. They are professional, kind and do great work. The Pavilion is big and beautiful and looks better than we thought it would. When the time comes time for us to get a new roof, they will be the ones we call.

Cannot believe rated so high on BBB and so low on all other review sites. Unfortunately I hired these thugs to do roof. Tore up house, had roof inspected and was told worst job inspector has ever seen. Had to sue them. Court found in my favor even ordered them to pay my attorney fees.

We made every attempt to satisfy this customer starting in November of 2017, all the way through October of 2018. Every time we fixed the issues he listed (some of which we knew weren't our fault but repaired them anyway as a gesture of good faith), he gave another list with the promise he would pay after we completed "this list."
