These storm chasers showed up and provided pictures of damage to our roof. They said theyd sent a proposal via email which I never received. They then started a string of text message urgibg us to agree to a proposal wed never received. Heres one of the messages:I don't have measurements or know what kind of roof you want. I just had my roof replaced by Emerson.The whole process was very clear and they explained everything..Including the insurance claim process.. Very nice job...The workers were fast and very pleasant.... The project manager was very nice and gave me some good advice...Telling me to be sure to call them after a year and have them inspect the roof...all free..and for the next 3 years...to be sure all is well and they would fix any problems they found... For starters the beginning of the journey was pleasant. Mr ***** was the person that contacted me at the beginning, and he had knowledge about their job to be completed. Later on Mr ******* Jr completed the final notes and the roof was on its way. Everything took three days, the job was completed and my house went up in value. I do recommend ******* Home Services to anyone that need anything to be done with courtesy, on time, at the best value.
