Despite having 3 no soliciting signs up - they still came to my door. They kept saying I was on some "list" & talking about hail damage which made absolutely no sense. No soliciting signs are there for a reason - please instruct your sales people to abide by those signs. And saying I'm in "some list" seems like your company uses fear to get customers - not a good way to get customers.
Emerson Home Services were excellent to work with and did a great job replacing the roof. The house was on the market and the roof replacement was part of the offer. Due to Emerson being available quickly, the deal went through and closer of the sale was possible within the timeframe needed. I have since had contact with the couple that purchased the house and they say everything is perfect with the roof. The warranty provided was a plus for them if they should need it.
Where do I begin? ***** is AMAZING from start to finish. The entire team worked effortlessly to satisfy us from beginning to end. Apprehensive, at first to let them "start the ball rolling," because we've been turned down many times/insurance *** and I took them up on their promise "we WILL get you a new roof" (it was obviously in need of replacement). These storm chasers showed up and provided pictures of damage to our roof. They said theyd sent a proposal via email which I never received. They then started a string of text message urgibg us to agree to a proposal wed never received. Heres one of the messages:I don't have measurements or know what kind of roof you want. Outstanding customer oriented contractor. Attention to job and details second to none. Integrity, honesty, customer service seem to be core values.
