Overpriced - Poor service, Unedible food – Oh My God! We just experienced the worst dining experienced ever on Jul 10. We were in town celebrating our 20th anniversary. Huge mistake. We have dined in some of the best restuarants overseas and stateside (Japan, SIngapore, DC, Thailand, Europe, TN, FL) , paid top $$$ for great food and superb service, this is undoubtedly the worst! Terrible Food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – My boyfriend and I went to NOLA as a friend of mine recommended it.. We absolutely did not like the food.. Instead of ordering appetizer and an entry, we decided to just get few appetizers and share... that we can try few different things.. Excellent food, ambiance and service!! – My husband and I have been to Emeril's Orlando twice--the first time as a couple dining alone (5-06) and this last time with our toddler son (5-08). Both times were awesome and a wonderful experience! The food is outstanding, it's so hard to stop eating to save room for dessert!! Not what it used to be. – There is no doubt this restaurant has slipped. The first 3 times I went there was fantastic. The food was outstanding and the service even better. This last time the service was only fair, and the food unacceptable. One of the four of us had Salmon, ordered medium, came out raw. Not even medium Rare. My Veal Chop was about as tender as a Sirloin at the grocery store, and the sides just weren't what you would expect. Great steak, great service, great experience!!!!! – After reading prior reviews, I was hesitant to dine at Delmonicos. We tried it anyway, and I felt an appropriate review was necessary. This is a great restaurant in every way. The food, service and atmosphere were what one would expect for a Five Star restaurant. The service is professional, but not stuffy. It is not an inexpensive restaurant. Plan on spending $100 per person, but it will be worth it. Don't leave Vegas without dining at Delmonico's!!!!!!!!!
I love You Emeril!!!!! Great place – I love you Emeril! We came into town for the NBA All-Star week end. The streets were blocked off and the police were nice enough to let me through to get to this great spot. I had the Shrimp and Grits and all I can say is WOW! I started off with the Smoke Salmon salad /w Caviar and a glass of Emeril?s Chardonnay. The dessert was a nice slice of Banana pudding Cake. The service was a perfect 10. Places like this make New Orleans memorable. I will be back!!!!
Not Recommended!!!! – I wanted to try this place based on the reputation of Emeril Lasasse. To my dissapointment, this place did not measure up to even meeting basic expectations. My boss and I ordered steaks that were not prepared at the correct tempature and a tastless appetizer that was billed as a signature dish (Barbecue Shrimp). I do not go to places based on the name or alleged reputation, I go based on the tase and quality of the food. While I still like Emeril Lagasse, I will not revisit Delmonico Steakhouse.
One of the Best.... – I'm just back from New Orleans with 6 girlfriends from the Bay Area. We went down there to celebrate a 40th birhtday and I picked Nola's as the 'special' birthday night dining destination for Saturday evening. We were not disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! – My husband (who is a chef) and I dined here last night, and I felt compelled to write a review so other people don't make the same mistake we did. We each ordered the chef's tasting menu, which is a four-course meal for $54 apiece.
