Great restaurant i come here very often with my wife, food is well cooked and everything just tastes perfect well seasoned not to salty or sweet. i love it. first time we came here was for anniversary and ever since than we loved this place so much we have been coming more now. i guess the owner even knows us now even the employees. lol thats how good this place is...
may 3 2016 we had our anniversary dinner their and they greeted us with a warm happy anniversary .the food was five star out of five Justin was our server he and maître d, outstanding service.APPLAUSE APPLAUSE .
Hi, I just experienced Emerils Restaurant with 8 party visiting guests. I ordered a salad that I was not impressed with. Portion very small and nothing to remember. Also, asked for house wine and was given a bill at the end. I was shocked to see the prices for 2 glasses of wine. 40.00. The cost was a steal. Will not go back. Decor was very nice and service was excellent, but cost of wine was deceiving and very over priced.
We visited NOLA after having a bad experience at Emeril's other restaurant "Delmonico". I don't consider myself a super picky person, I really don't. I waited and bartended for a very long time. Everything we ordered was cooked incorrectly and the food was pretty mediocre. When we had issues with the food the manager never came by to say anything, which I thought was a pretty standard response. I really enjoyed the dining experience in this place. The floor is not that crowded and all I can think of after the experience is how is it that cheap.
Bad, incompetent service, waiters bring wrong food and lie. Me and my husband love steaks, so we decided to try delmonico and ordered 2 rib eyes: got 1 rib eye and 1 New York strip for some reason. The waiter however, assured that both steaks were rib eyes. (really???) My rib eye was badly burned, so I requested an A1 souse to cure, but got the barbeque souse instead. Amazing Steak in Las Vegas – One of the best steaks I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and great service to go along with it.
"BAM!" – What can I say, it's an Emeril restaurant- food is always great and service is beyond perfect. I prefer the atmosphere here over NOLA because there's less tourists but I still prefer Commanders. Nothing beats Commanders.
Extreme Disappointment - Better Service at McDonalds – My husband and I are huge Emeril fans, but had never eaten at one of his retaurants. Our 10th Wedding Anniversary coincided with a recent trip to Orlando, so after much online research, we decided upon Tchoup Chop and even booked a reservation at the Royal Pacific resort for additional convenience.
