We brought our sweet Shadow in at a little before 2 a.m. Friday morning with what ended up being a grave illness. Dr. Amy Smith and Melissa Keske were the absolute sweetest with our furbaby and with us, explaining everything, every step of the way. We unfortunately had to euthanize Shadow, but Dr. Amy Smith let us love on him before and after he was gone for as long as we wanted. We can't thank them enough for their compassion and understanding.
Amazing service from everyone I have encountered! We've made many visits in the past year or so and I'm so thankful for the knowledge and compassion. Dr. Otto is very educated in canine epilepsy and has been very honest and straightforward with his advice and care.
Thank you so much for taking care of my baby cat Checkers last night. You guys were so amazing and professional and took such good care of her. She is doing well now - just resting and healing. I am so glad you guys are so close to our house and available 24/7! Thanks again!
Dr. Amy Smith is everything you would want in a veterinarian. Kind, gentle, thorough, informative, patient... I could go on and on. When it comes to my pets I will admit I can be a bit overbearing, so I can have a number of questions or concerns and have encountered some cold unpersonable vets who I have not meshed well with. This is never the case with Dr. Smith. She is always happy to patiently answer any and all of my questions and ease my mind. Dr. Amy & her staff are fantastic. I have been here on 3 separate occasions in the past few months and it each time she and her associates have been wonderful! Being in a nerve wracking situation with your pet is always tough, and they are very nice and but most importantly great to my dog. I wouldn't take her anywhere else in an emergency. Wish she was open during regular vet hours too!
