Though the outcome was sad, my Buddy got the best possible care from Dr. Otto and the best send off from Dr. Smith and wonderful attentiveness from the vet techs. Knowing that Buddy was a 20-year-old cat, Dr. Otto still went above and beyond to try and solve the issue. When it didn't work out and I needed to say good-bye, Dr. Smith was kind and understanding. I kind of wish that this wasn't just an emergency clinic.

Dr. Rick Otto and Jennifer provided the most compassionate care to my Stella who had congestive heart failure. His medical treatment gave me one more day and night with her before they both helped her make her final journey. Services were compassionate, empathetic and sympathetic.
