RecommendedI want to thank the staff at Emergency Veterinary Services in Lisle. Dr. Christen Bolotov and and the vet tech Brook were so understanding and compassionate of our emergency with Tuna. They treated her with dignity and respect in her final moments with us, and provided many words of comfort. If you ever end up in an emergency with your pet I highly recommend their services.
I just need to give everyone there who helped Ruger on 11/13 all my thanks and love. I couldn’t imagine losing my best friend. Everyone was cool calm and collected while I was not so collected. It was nice that Dr Amy was so willing to answer questions and even talked to my sister on the phone to help me better understand somethings about was happening. The staff here are exceptional. Dr. Amy Smith and Dr. Amy Goodnow are so compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. They really know what they are doing here! They don't gouge your wallet with unnecessary testing and they don't make you feel stupid for being overly concerned about your pet. They are upfront, honest and personable. The well-being of my baby was their number one priority. I am truly thankful to have this place so close to home.
Dr Smith and her team are amazing. They always have taken such awesome care of my many dogs, as well as my daughters four cats and two dogs. I will always go to this clinic.
My family had a horrific experience here. While the Drs might be qualified, the staff Miranda, Brook & Dr Bolotov are horrible. They lack compassion, empathy & professionalism. Would not recommend this establishment to any pet owner. Obviously if you are in need of an emergency or 24 hour service it is emotional- the last thing any pet owner needs is a rude, insensitive, unprofessional experience from staff. Dr. Smith & Jong were nothing but sweet and considerate when it came to the treatment of my pet. They were attentive and Dr. Smith went above and beyond to ensure my pet was taken care of and that I understood the procedures she was taking to help him heal. I would totally recommend this veterinary service if your pet is in any medical emergency. Thank you all that helped with my pet. He is doing very well now.
I was treated with so much compassion and kindness when I had to put my beloved dog down under emergency circumstances yesterday morning. Dr. Christen Bolotov was so caring. I had to take my poor dog by myself at 4 AM. She stayed with me for 1/2 hour after it was done when I was so upset and needed more time with sweet dog before I left her forever. She offered me the support that I needed during one of the most difficult times of my life. I am forever grateful for Dr. Bolotov and this Emergency Vet location!
