Very friendly on the phone... I'm trying to take a mandated 8 hr course that's only EMSA approved... They offer nothing within a reasonable distance from where I'm at! The closest is 4 hrs away... They need to do their research before approving teaching facilities...
After 24 years you would think I would know the State by now but I'm still very upset at the lack of customer service. I dropped off my renewal application two days prior to my deadline. Apparently something happened and the Post Office postmarked it on the 5th. Yet it took the State 17 days to notify me and on a weekend at that. Why did I provide you my email? Why did you charge me the 200.00 dollars and send me a receipt but not a notification my application arrived late. Now I literally have six days to pay, get my card, ... read more
