I thought they were amazing. This is the 2nd time ive been there with my lil one. And the drs and staff were all amazing. Was in and out within a hr each time. They were so nice to my son.

Communication during surgery needs drastic improvement. Why bother with an electronic board if it isn't updated? As for the following day, it was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE for my husband after his full hip replacement. It is inexcusable to spend 13 hours at UH waiting for treatment and transport. Get a Radiation Oncology Department! After all that horror, I must say, the 6th floor orthopedic staff and physicians were unbelievably wonderful. They are the only reason this experience gets a "Good" rating.

Just got a notice from the Attonrneys that represent St Vincent charity stating that St Vincent "Charity" Hospital filed a lawsuit against me for unpaid bills. They indeed did file a law suit and forced me to pay rather than a payment plan just before the holidays. Real Charitable! Between this scum bag move and the so so experience during my surgery I would not recommend anyone bring a sick dog here let alone a family member. Surgery was scheduled and he was taken back to the holding area. A bit over 5 hours later, he finally went into surgery. Still was almost 4 hours before I finally got to see him again. His night nurse was wonderful though. Almost made the waiting that had happened bearable.
