I was admitted to their psychiatric ward to get HELP and they did not once help me. The one nurse didn't believe anything I said. I reported that My roommate peed all over the bathroom and I cleaned it the whole time just to use it! The doctor kept me on the same meds and didn't give me what I needed. Not once spoke to me for a decent amount of time except the first day I got there! Oh and can I say the food is absolutely terrible? It was enough to make me starve myself. I will not come back to get therapeutic help. Never.

The communication was horrible they told me the procedure was going to be three hours and it was over ten hours. The bathrooms were disgusting and so was the cafeteria dining area. The workers didn't even mind and we're just sitting there very loud and obnoxious. Anytime you ask the staff for directions they would just point and send you on your way to get lost. I don't even understand why this is even a hospital. Very disappointed

This is where you can get the best medical and nursing care ever. Kudos to the Staff.
The nursing staff ate the kindest and most courteous. A hidden gem in the city.!!!
