I went there for pre admission testing. I'm having surgery on Sept. 8 2017. The staff was kind and informative and I know things ate going to be alright with a staff like that.
On August 15, I had surgery and had an overnight stay. This was not my first stay SVCMC. When I've been there, whether for a stay or for a doctor visit, everyone was very friendly, polite, sociable, kind, and helpful. I have never had a problem with any of the doctors, nurses, housekeeping, or any other staff members. I actually didn't want to leave! :) The staff made me feel at home, and treated me and my family with respect and kindness. Thank you to everyone involved!

From the time we were greeted at the door, from the valet parking attendant, to the time we left, we were treated with friendly courtesy and respect. Every employee we encountered was helpful, asked if we needed anything, or directions to where we were going. Even a helpful Physician that explained the vending machine to me�. My husbands back surgery was explained by everyone attending him, the nurses on the 6th floor were exceptional! Thanks Laurel, And Kathleen, and especially Chris. You ladies were wonderful.
