it is amazing hospital that has amazing doctors
No one there to greet us for 5-10 min. The dr did not even release us or tell us anything before he released us, the nurse actually told us the results. The doctor seemed like a student who was just guessing about the results instead of someone interested in trying to find the problem. I have been to the one in Solon and that one was much better but I did not like this downtown location.
Had a great experience at SVCMC. Whoever greeted us on the 3rd floor was a tad salty but from there everybody was great. I received great, compassionate care from everyone I encountered. Great experience in pre-op, sailed through surgery and had well-experienced nurses caring for me on the 6th floor. I would recommend surgery at SVCMC to anyone.
The staff is beyond amazing. They were funny and caring and really made me feel special. Anita, Denise, Amy, Tom, Bretzel, Drs. Diaz, Zara and Eghobmanien were compassionate and patient when I called my nurse sister and had them explain it to her what happened. The food is excellent too, restaurant quality.
Their mental health and addiction treatment excellence!

Our Son had disc replacement in his neck. Excellent care! Wonderful friendly staff. Everyone there so helpful and nice. He was absolutely thrilled with his care. Clean place.
