I have been in this Hospital since yesterday around 430pm it took me to 2am to get to a bed in the er so they tell me this is my bed. BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE BEDS UPSTAIRS I NEED A BED UPSTAIRS BECAUSE I HAVE SERVE DIARRHEA AND HAVE TO WALK TO THE RESTROOM HOPING THAT NOBODY IS IN THERE. I NEED A BED AND PRIVACY ITS A HOSPITAL NOT A ER HOTEL. DAM AND PLZ DONT GIVE ME THAT WE ARE SORRY
If you’re going for emergency do not come here. Make you wait for hours and hours . No one gives you emergency 🚨 help. Go to downtown if you can better than here.
If I could give less stars I will, this people don't have any sense of urgency, my wife was bleeding from her head from a fall, and they didn't pay no mind, absolute worse.
Don't come here. Worst service ever. They do not care about your well-being. Been in the waiting room for over 4 hours with my wife double over in pain. No one cares here. A lot of people here in pain also waiting over 4 hours. No excuse for this. And if UPMC replies to this with their standard generic statement, you are liars. Your poor response to the people in this waiting room speaks volumes to the level of care you offer. Shame on you.
We have spent a lot of time there.
