Absolutely the worst emergency hospital in the country. We have leaving in halifax for 17 years and QEII is getting worst everyday . Not many doctors are working we have been waiting to see a doctor for 9 hours ; 9 hours gone and still waiting.

Very slow service. Once you past through the registration. Its minimum 7 hr wait.
