I’ve never had a positive experience with this hospital, but today was really upsetting. I called to ask if their emergency department was very busy right now and the women rudely said “YES” and hung up the phone. It was a simple question and there was no need to be so hostile.

My wife was directed to come here by her primary care physician on 2/19/25 due to concerning test for her pregnancy that was newly discovered the previous day. It was discovered that she is approximately 35 weeks pregnant through diagnostic testing done at the ER imaging department. She was not seen by their house OBYN for an unknown reason even though ER Dr.Trevor J Kliebert told my wife that they would be coming to see her. My husband had a deep cut from a knife that needed stitches. We got there around 6:15pm and came in. Woman working at the front desk was quick and efficient. They took him to triage shortly after and sent him back. Nurses and doctors were great. The nurse even came out to tell me and my two year old daughter that the doctor was just finishing up the stitches on my husband and they were almost done. We left around 7:30pm. There maybe a little over an hour. Was extremely thankful to have a quick process and kind staff.
