Avoid at all costs. I cannot warm enough people. The nurses are good but they are at the whims of the doctors who could care less about you, your health, or your concerns.
They change systems just to have you do everything manually anyways. Nothing is ever updated on their end somehow
Was immediately taken 8n and given care. Dr Prescott was very kind and compassionate. I thank him ery much. Nurse Max was great in attending to me and was very kind. I was ad mitted. My stay was 3 days. I have to also thank Saul Perez, nurse assistant. He went over and above to help me. Very kind person. I was treated well by all. I am glad I chose Providence.
Today is July 24th 2026. Came in at 7am. Only one here. Seen the doctor. He said give you a shot and write a script..and your be out soon. 11 am still here. And the rude girl that said she was going to get my vitals. Never took my vitals. This place is a joke. Going to St. Marys.
Worst ER I've ever been to in my life. Both times I had a serious condition. Their only concern is billing. The first time I was coming out of having a grand mall seizure. The concern for the staff was not to take care of me, but to get my insurance information. The second time, I was struggling to breathe due to an improper chemical mixture causing chlorine gas at work. I was fighting with all of my strength to breathe in. They said they needed my information, and that I'd have to wait until 2 other people were helped, one ... read more
