Thank you for taking care of our sweet Archie, our 9 year old Chocolate Lab! Everyone that who we met over the past 12 hours has been incredible. Above and beyond. My little Arneis (toy Schnauzer) needed to have extensive dental surgery. He's 10.5 years old and I was so worried about him. My vet, Dr. Susan Klein of Alpine Meadows Animal Clinic in Edwards, sent me to Dr. Eisner because he is highly skilled in dealing with high-risk anesthesia and tiny tots like Arneis. We were so impressed by the entire staff here. The front desk is friendly and very helpful. We met Alisha, Denny, and Dr. Sum and we were comforted knowing how much they cared about our boy, Bear. They showed him so much TLC while he was there. Everyone did all they could to help him get better and be comfortable. They were also wonderful with us humans during such a hard time. I will never forget my experience here. Thank you so much.
