RecommendedToday we had to take out 2 year old kitty to the vet because he kept throwing up and was not acting like himself. When we got there Geoffrey came out to help us, when he got to the car he saw my 9 year old daughter crying. Geoffrey immediately asked her if she was okay and what was wrong. While caring for a friend’s dog tonight, I heard Sage cry out only to find a small, circular bone had become lodged over her tongue and bottom jaw! There was no safe way to dislodge it without a professional. Thank the heavens above for Geoffery, Dr. Kettig, Andrea and Deb at VCA HR Animal Specialty & ER Center!!!! I had to take my pitbull Judge in for an emergency visit late one evening. from the moment I called they helped calm me down and walked me through everything. Geoffrey was AWESOME! He was so friendly and a fellow pittie owner which was reassuring. Dr. Penn explained everything to me. Answered all my questions and reassured me of all my fears. Dr. Nestor, Geoffrey and his ast. Bailey did an amazing job helping our German Shepherd out when he got injured. Kaiser had a sizeable gash in his arm and no other vet offices would see us. The staff at VCA and the above individuals treated both our dog and us with compassion and empathy. I would highly recommend them.

great service all around, the prices are up to par when you take your dog to an ER,awsome staff I'll go to them in a heart beat if my pet was feeling any symptoms that required fast and accurate treatment.

I appreciate everything they have done for us. Our dog means allot to us and I appreciate the answers they are able to give us regarding our situation. Dr.Sum is amazing and the staff is also awesome. They are up front about any fee/procedure and will not pressure you into anything. It’s your choice on how you want to proceed.
I highly recommend VCA Highlands Ranch. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate. My dog Thor got a deep cut on his leg a couple of weeks ago and Geoffrey and Dr. Sayres took great care of him from the moment I brought him in to when I took him home. The recovery process was made easy thanks to all the help and advice from Geoffrey and the cut healed incredibly well with minimal scarring due to Dr. Sayres’ exceptional work.

A great big, heart felt Thank You to Dr. Penn and Dr. Geoffrey for helping our brand new puppy, Rocky, through a tough night at his forever home. Your kind, caring and dedication in helping bring down his tempature and get him back bouncing around our home will never be forgotten. We are forever grateful for your services!
This was our 3rd visit in about a year and the staff is consistently friendly and very efficient. They took great care of my Olive’s infection. I Will definitely recommend to all my friends and use VCA again when needed.
