We chose Emergency Air to replace our broken heat pump. We bought a Carrier 16 Seer 2 stage unit and they delivered and installed it the next morning. They also paid for a hotel room the night before. They damaged the ceiling in the garage removing equipment but sent a plasterer who repaired it perfectly. We saw a loose piece of tape on the back of the unit and they came back and repaired it. Emergency air did everything that they said they would do.in a timely manner We are very pleased and recommend them.

Dishonest buyer beware they try to up sale for a 10 k unit when it cost 130 elsewhere. Their technician came in spent 15 to 20 min and assessed to replace a unit that is only 6 years old.. he kept trying upscale for another assessment for an additional 300and finally he up for the kill on a ***** unit. Do not use this company unless you want to be cheated

This customer completely misconstrues the appointment. He scheduled a diagnostic visit for malfunctioning AC unit. Our GPS tracking shows our technician was there for 49 minutes, inspected the unit, and prepared a list of options for the homeowner to consider. These options included fixing the immediate problem, as well as other problems apparent from lack of maintenance that could cause damage such as leaks to the house in the near future and, if he wished, a price for a new unit given the poor condition of the system. Caleb & Kellie were excellent in helping us handle replacing our home’s two aging HVAC units (15 yrs old each). Luckily, they were able to obtain two 4-ton Bryant units for us and got them installed before we entered a record-breaking heatwave. Just in time, and much appreciated. VERY professional installation, both units are humming along beautifully, staying strong during six 115+ days in a row. Dealing with this company has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish. -They were supposed to come out for a same day emergency service, but no showed (They did waive the service fee for this inconvenience). -They offered to come next morning, then tried to change it for 12-4pm. Luckily we still got the tech to come in the morning. -The tech initially estimated 500$ for adding Freon. He had to add more than anticipated and the bill ended up being more than $1,000 for Freon. Essentially this customer (who was not the homeowner) chooses to see everything about this visit negatively. Yes, appointments sometimes are rescheduled, and yes, an educated guess on how much coolant a system may need should probably have been pointed out as insufficient when the estimate was exceeded (which is unpredictable). Had issues with several AC companies. AC went out in July. Every other company, including the one recommended by warranty company. The made us weight three days before they sent someone out. After waiting, the companies did not fix anything, they said "try this" and "check it tomorrow". Needless to say, I never called them back. Called Emergency Air in the late evening and they asked if we needed someone out that night, or if we could wait til morning. Within 15 minutes of our tech being at the house, they issue was patched.... read more

They try to push a new unit sale, instead of reviewing the warranty. Also, I am unsure if the company is fully certified with all brands. They want to do basic service and additional sales. Not comprehensive. You will find your self leaving several messages.
