My AC stopped working in the middle of the night during our excessively hot ******* ************** days. I called about 5am and talked to a very nice person who said someone would call me back by 7am. Got a call back about 7:30 am and another nice person said she could have a tech out between 10am-2pm. Tech showed up just before noon. While he was very pleasant, it was concerning that he didn't seem to know how to cut electricity to my system to begin with. My tenant called Emergency ** for service. Their rep showed up and changed the capacitor and motor fan (wires were not properly done). My tenant was charged $1,865 (20 & 17 years old) for a job that should be more than $350. I confirmed with other professionals after 2 days when the ** stopped working again, that we were scammed. I wish I could give them zero stars. We have used them for several years, but each time they come out for routine maintenance they try to sell us something we don't need. This last time the estimate on a unit that was making noise was **** on a warranteed part. This seemed high so I got another estimate. It was a different part that needed replacing and cost me $200. Great people working for this company. They arrived on time, completed the work as discussed and explained in detail every step. Employees/techs were very knowledgeable, worked well, well trained and provided excellent service. I now have a brand new system not just the A/C unit but all new duct work, safety water valve, filter cover, base unit flooring, A/C unit (Carrier) the best and full warranties and duct cleaning including dryer line. We chose Emergency Air to replace our broken heat pump. We bought a Carrier 16 Seer 2 stage unit and they delivered and installed it the next morning. They also paid for a hotel room the night before. They damaged the ceiling in the garage removing equipment but sent a plasterer who repaired it perfectly. We saw a loose piece of tape on the back of the unit and they came back and repaired it. Emergency air did everything that they said they would do.in a timely manner We are very pleased and recommend them.

Dishonest buyer beware they try to up sale for a 10 k unit when it cost 130 elsewhere. Their technician came in spent 15 to 20 min and assessed to replace a unit that is only 6 years old.. he kept trying upscale for another assessment for an additional 300and finally he up for the kill on a ***** unit. Do not use this company unless you want to be cheated

Our GPS tracking shows our technician was there for 49 minutes, inspected the unit, and prepared a list of options for the homeowner to consider. These options included fixing the immediate problem, as well as other problems apparent from lack of maintenance that could cause damage such as leaks to the house in the near future and, if he wished, a price for a new unit given the poor condition of the system. Caleb & Kellie were excellent in helping us handle replacing our home’s two aging HVAC units (15 yrs old each). Luckily, they were able to obtain two 4-ton Bryant units for us and got them installed before we entered a record-breaking heatwave. Just in time, and much appreciated. VERY professional installation, both units are humming along beautifully, staying strong during six 115+ days in a row.
