A basic BS COMPANY. Overpriced hot water tank. Worst of all 4 visits and almost $500 to replace thermostat that still doesnt work. Ask for my money back. NO REPLY. Had to go to another company for another $200 to do it right. SHAME ON this group

Good customer service, and very professional. I will used this company again and again.The technician was friendly and professional, and honest. Both me and my husband want the same technician to come to clean our systems again when it is time.

have gone 2 weeks without heat. paid about $8,000 more. This company has been to my house at least 4 times to fix heat. They have NEVER come and done a heating tune up as per the change in their contract. They only come once a year. Schedule in January but excesses it becomes mid summer before they arrive. Hence no tune up on heater. Unable to complete job. I have a contract to check both air and heat at once but this never happens in about 8 years. My AC stopped working in the middle of the night during our excessively hot ******* ************** days. I called about 5am and talked to a very nice person who said someone would call me back by 7am. Got a call back about 7:30 am and another nice person said she could have a tech out between 10am-2pm. Tech showed up just before noon. While he was very pleasant, it was concerning that he didn't seem to know how to cut electricity to my system to begin with. My tenant called Emergency ** for service. Their rep showed up and changed the capacitor and motor fan (wires were not properly done). My tenant was charged $1,865 (20 & 17 years old) for a job that should be more than $350. I confirmed with other professionals after 2 days when the ** stopped working again, that we were scammed. I wish I could give them zero stars. We have used them for several years, but each time they come out for routine maintenance they try to sell us something we don't need. This last time the estimate on a unit that was making noise was **** on a warranteed part. This seemed high so I got another estimate. It was a different part that needed replacing and cost me $200. Great people working for this company. They arrived on time, completed the work as discussed and explained in detail every step. Employees/techs were very knowledgeable, worked well, well trained and provided excellent service. I now have a brand new system not just the A/C unit but all new duct work, safety water valve, filter cover, base unit flooring, A/C unit (Carrier) the best and full warranties and duct cleaning including dryer line.
