my electric bill is way too much... the ac unit barely works... recently had flooding due to some construction that has now caused mold around the sink, and now my gf is sick from the mold. Management does not listen to the residents complaints. Neighbors are disrespectful to others. When brought to the attention of staff they do not help resolve issue. Loud music all hours of day and night from vehicle in front of the front door. I am a long time resident and this is the first building I have been in that neighbors are disrespectful to others and no one will do anything about it.
Worst complex ever! Elevators broken more than working, carpet disgusting and old, Maintance rude and unavailable took forever to get anything fixed, and cops always on property.
This place is horrible to live at. The rent is so high that you can not save to move anywhere else. They have high rates and old out of date places and appliances. Parking and pests are rediculous as well. Rent is never the same due to the energy water program. Just overall horrible place to live.
