I’ve been at Emerald Pointe apartments since Sept 2019. I have never experienced a worse living situation than this. When I first moved into Emerald Pointe’s unrennovated 1/1, I experienced an overwhelming german roach infestation. It was so unhealthy. The guy Mark worked his absolute best to try and get me into an apartment and I would recommend him for any and everything. But it was all the lady he has to go to that is the problem. She knew my situation before taking my second application fee and she knew beforehand she wasn't going to rent to me but yet she still took my money. She lied to me. dirty always towing cars no guest parking close who wants to walk a mile to their parents or whoever's apartment and not be able to watch the car it's kind of like the ghetto
Management is the worst, I have had nothing but problems living there. my 7 month that lease is up per me agreement with the old regional manager that I would be moving in 7 months. I even talked to the new property manager 3 weeks ago and said if I was interested any new apartment in there I would let them know if not I would be moving. RecommendedThis place was okay for a few years. Not many complaints, theyve been making improvements and we got most of our deposit back after a few hours of cleaning. Decent response time and polite enough management if you are polite to them.
Not the best place to live if you work nights. They start heavy contrution around 8am. Ive had to miss work a few times because ive been consistently sleep deprived. I know the work has to be done, but Im a human being, and I have to work and I have to sleep. Tried compromising with them, asking if they could just start a couple hours later. Nope.
