Office staff is rude. James yells at tenants while their daughter is present. Office staff LIES. they don’t fix work orders for weeks. They just want money that all.
Officer manager James made my daughter cry.... and then I was called racist even tho no one is telling me what I said that was racist while my daughter was right next to me. Cuz they know my daughter doesn’t lie and will call them out. I used to respect this place but it’s going down hill. I’ve had a flooded porch for two months while I pay over $1300 and can’t even use it. SMDH
Recommendedvery good place to live, they solve any problem quickly. And the efficient staff, Jessica is the best manager this site could have.
So I figured I would write an updated review since I’ve been here a full year. First I will stick to my original thought that the contractors they use are subpar and work entirely too fast so things are rushed and break quickly (not really the fault of the complex). Renovated apartments are beautiful. The grounds are kept maintained very well. The office staff is amazing and care about their tenants. I have been here for two years and they have always done their best to help me with anything i needed. Highly recommend these apartments.
Jessica is the best at Emerald. She has honestly put up with a lot of attitude from me but has always stayed professional and worked with me through any issues i have had. I previously left negative reviews during times when i was frustrated. Bottom line - they are great here. They have always taken care of me and my daughter. Update: at 4:05pm I received a phone call that someone will be st my house in 30 to 45 mins. we'll see! My A/C has not been working since last night. I know that there is not 24 hour maintenance here (if they do have it, im paying for nothing.) I called as soon as they opened on Sat morning at 10am. When I called at 10am, the system said the voice mail is full. so I walked down to the office. I put in a work order it was, maybe 10:15am. I waited an hour to see if anyone would call or come by, but nothing. I called the office... read more
Because of my work, I have visited many condos. 3 years ago, Emerald Pointe was an average place, but since Jessica Tierney and her team took over running this place, it has improved a lot. The maintenance staff is very professional, always attentive to details and their responses are prompt. The administrative team is great, very respectful and always ready to solve any problem. I have lived in two kinds of apartments, and the renovated ones are top quality. 5 stars!!!
