So far, Emerald has been excellent. They got the poly repiped to pex within a day, and ever since, they have been wonderful about coming out if we had any problems. I had an issue with a leak that my utility company told me about. Emerald was out within a day, and they didn't charge me for the visit. So far, they have been one of the better parts of my home owning experience. I plan on using them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks!

The team went above and beyond our expectations, and they taught us so much about the industry during their time with us. Loved their positive attitudes, pleasantness, and overall professionalism. I can't say enough good things about these guys! They repiped our whole house and installed new faucets throughout the house. They were so fun and knowledgable! We will be lifelong customers for sure!
Re-piped our house today and was extremely satisfied. They worked all day to get the job done - even in the pouring down rain digging a new water line. Yet the house was extremely clean when they left. Drywall guy called as soon as they were done and will be here tomorrow to patch 2 small holes. Professional, knowledgable, and ON TIME both for the quote initially and the re-pipe. Highly recommend!
Emerald plumbing has been nothing short of fantastic for their house calls. Always first class customer service and and professionalism. Ed came out to change out our bathroom drain and assisted me with finding the appropriate fixtures needed to replace the old ones. They are definitely our go-to company for plumbing work.
Emerald repiped my house due to some bad cpvc I had it in. From the time Liam came out to do the estimate I was happy with the company. Liam was straight forward and you could tell was a very honest man. The price was not the lowest but was very competitive. I scheduled with his office manager Myrna who was very helpful.
