They did come right out, but charged me $99 for a part my regular plumber (they were unable to get here today) charges $67 for. $214.11 to put in a new Moen Posi Temp cartridge was a bit steep.
Had a appt scheduled for today, 8/24/16. Took the day OFF from work, to make sure I was there when the technician arrived. Needed to get a underground pipe replaced. Was told that it'd take "roughly" 2 hrs. Get a call this morning at 10:18 a.m. advising me that they were CANCELLING my appt, due to "weather". I told her it WASN'T RAINING in the town I'm in, only to be told by the receptionist (who evidently is also a meterorologist) that it will be, any minute.
