we called Emerald Plumbing to fix a small leak and we were so impressed with their service that we called them back when we needed to replumb the house. everyone involved in the process was professional, on time and friendly. their team finished the job quickly and efficiently and they explained everything they did as they went through each step. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs Plumbing work.
Just had a fantastic experience with Hugh giving us an estimate. Friendly, very informative and courteous. The estimate he gave was free and 1/3 the cost of the estimate that cost us $89. Needless to say we are going with Emerald.
What a relief to find an honest plumbing company! Frank knows his job and works fast and carefully. I truly appreciate his honesty about possible future repairs. I have already forwarded the number to another homeowner!
I have deleted my previous five star review and have replaced it with a one star review. Having been a customer of Emerald Plumbing for close to 20 years, I have come to expect great service. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. Very disappointing.
