Verified Renter Well cared for and I feel safe here. I live in one of larger buildings with 24 apartments and residents are friendly and polite. Most important is my garage parking space and my dog is welcome!

Great place to live! Beautiful apartments that are well - maintained by maintenance. The front office and maintenance team are reliable, responsive, efficient, helpful and always available. That makes all the difference when living in an apartment!

Verified Renter Very clean, nice surroundings, and pleasant neighbors. We love that it's dog friendly! The maintenance and management office is always friendly and quick to assist.
New staff is a great addition! Jimmy and Raphael are very fast and attentive maintenance men. I was nervous at first with new staff taking over but not any more! There’s nothing better than having fast, efficient and reliable staff! Thank you! I recommend 10 stars!
What a joke! Worse place I have ever lived. No security. Property was stolen. Stolen deliveries from UPS and Fedex. Drug dealers live on the property to the point DEA had to come in and take them out. For what you get and for what you will pay it is not comparable.
Emerald Place is awesome Emerald Place is a great place to live. The streets are well lit, the neighbors are friendly, the management staff is friendly and always helpful and I never have to worry about maintenance or plowing/shoveling. My apartment is a good size, in great shape/new and has many amenities. I plan to stay here for a long time.
Emerald Place at Lake Whalom Located on the site of an abandoned amusement park (don't worry, no ghosts), Emerald Place at Lunenburg has two- bedroom apartments and townhouses available for rent or purchase. My wife and I rent a two-bedroom. It's about 1,176 /- sq. ft. with hard-wood floors, high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light.
