Verified Renter We moved here in November,2022 , and so far we love staying here. The people are friendly , dog friendly community which I like.. The office and maintenance team are fast with responding to any issues arises. Lake Whalom view is a huge plus

Verified Renter I had two requests in one week for our maintenance men and both times they came the same day and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. That same week we had a big snowstorm and Lakeview was here all night and the next day taking care of our roads, driveways and walkways! I feel so lucky to have such willing, wonderful, help inside and outside of my home. Lakeview makes everything green and beautiful during the nice weather and safe during the winter snow and ice

Verified Renter We are STILL waiting for street lights to be replaced. We also would like to see more flowering plants on our properties. We used to be the showcase of properties in Lunenburg. I like where Iive, and I like the people in our community. thank you.

Verified Renter Nice place to live but better management as emerald place. Staff were previously much more responsive to needs. It now feels like the community is managed by a large company and feel more like a number
Verified Renter Well cared for and I feel safe here. I live in one of larger buildings with 24 apartments and residents are friendly and polite. Most important is my garage parking space and my dog is welcome!
