Verified Renter Very convenient location. Grounds are kept very nice. Apartment is nice. But getting dated as it is 10 years old. Management staff very friendly. Would have given five stars however monthly rent is getting high (in my opinion) for the area.

Verified Renter We moved here in November,2022 , and so far we love staying here. The people are friendly , dog friendly community which I like.. The office and maintenance team are fast with responding to any issues arises. Lake Whalom view is a huge plus

Verified Renter I had two requests in one week for our maintenance men and both times they came the same day and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. That same week we had a big snowstorm and Lakeview was here all night and the next day taking care of our roads, driveways and walkways! I feel so lucky to have such willing, wonderful, help inside and outside of my home. Lakeview makes everything green and beautiful during the nice weather and safe during the winter snow and ice
