I wish I can give them -1000 I’ve been here for 6months and the management have been changing they don’t care about how you feel they can’t never help with problem they cheap but definitely not worth it. They just want money from people and the homes not even Renovated !!!!! PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW AS HELP ,Don’t be fooled ...They all rude even to the regional manager and corporate.....and if you really go through the 5 star reviews ,the 5 star reviews are coming from old and new staff NO RESIDENTS
Haven’t even been here for a year and the appt went through three sets of office staff. They do not handle your problems. I was moved into a dirty unit with a sink leak. Air units are old and make your electric bill sky high because it’s pushing all day trying to keep your house cool. Landscaping is horrible. Back is pool doesn’t work and is very nasty. Front pool is decent but always dirty with bugs and leaves so I rather not use it. Office staff is rude and untrained on how to properly handle residents and so the job corre... read more
