To anyone thinking of moving here, don’t. I honestly don’t know how this place even has 3 stars because the things that I’ve had issues with since moving in in May 2018 are ridiculous. If you have a maintenance request, don’t expect to have that thing fixed/done for at LEAST 2 weeks. Even if it’s a fire hazard...they won’t be rushing to fix it. RecommendedI’ve lived here for going on 3 years and ever since Tish Barden has been working there she has been nothing but a big help in every way imaginable. She is informative, polite, and accurate. The management staff here is wonderful and incredibly understanding.
First of all, the rent is to much and not worth it. The management is getting better. If you pay for a place you want to at least enjoy and see where your money is going. The location is the best thing I like about living here. it's not much I can say about the complex. The buildings are outdated and needs remodeling and not just patched up to make a work order complete.
I don’t have anything nice to say about living in this place I’m just here to win the Apple Watch... if you want positive reviews give your tenants something positive to say ! Only person who’s great is Tish the manager she’s always very helpful . Everything else sucks. Maintenance, sucks I waiting a whole 4 months just to get something fix and my carpet cleaned. Packages went missing. And they always find a way to close the office early.
if you DON'T want things done....great place to move. Filters hasn't been changed since I moved here -2yrs. Fighting a losing battle with roaches, and I keep a clean place. ROACHES will be your new pet. Sick of this lack of support to try to get this under control.
Search Emerald forest!!! Thats what this horrible complex was called up until a couple months ago. This place is under-maintained, unclean, broken down, bug infested and swampy. The amenities are only photo ops. You will not enjoy them. Not worth it. Pay a couple hundred more and live somewhere else. The management is non existent and will frustrate the hell out of you.
For starters PRIORITIZE what needs to be done around here!! Like contracting garbage pickup at the dumpster. It's been almost 3 weeks and the trash is STILL out there scattered (probably by now all blown all over the place) about! Get someone out to spray for the roaches in my apartment....and if they're in mine, they are in other tenants. This is ridiculous!!!
