Most garbage place I've ever lived. It needs to get shut down for scamming people.
This complex has the most unreliable staff. They are so welcoming to move you in and that's where the customer service ends. Throughout my entire stay I had maintenance repairs that were never responded to. All they cared about was making sure you paid rent and completely failed to hold up their end. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
If you have common sense you will not rent from these people! This is the worst group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Their maintenance is the WORST IVE EVER SEEN! And their office staff steals packages! They do not answer the office phone, emails or maintenance requests. When spoken to in person they give attitude and are rude.
This place is awful don't move here been through 2 management teams...The third is awful the new maintenance Supervisor...Disrespectful My A/C unit been out for months paid rent Consistently no fix....pretty much scew you mam all these event have severely stressed me causing more harm to my health conditions. All the residents on this property including me are over these people About 20 or more have moved out breaking leases because of property issues. In the lease it states they would furnish Heating & Air ....but not.

@wralnews should investigate Trash is always on the ground which we pay for valet however it seems like I pay them to take my own trash, then to find it stored on the ground for all the animals to tear through. we have been without hot water for a few days now, and with two young children it's not fun. haven't seen a maintenance guy in months, we pay for pest control and haven't seen that either.
