Worst pediatrics group I encountered in past 7 years. They are the first group I saw who charges fee for providing vaccination information. The front office staff is so inefficient, clueless about processes and rude. She could not even provide receipts for the services. I had been warned about their staff in the past by a friend, but I experienced it as well. Stay away !

Dr. Parsons far exceeds what we would look for in a pediatrician. The nurses are outstanding and we love everyone there. No question goes unanswered and you never feel rushed. Love emerald peds!!
We transfered our firstborn to Emerald in 2008. Seven years and three more children later, we continue to be happy patients of an office full of top-notch docs, RN'S and office staff. Dr. Parsons is genuine and a down to earth woman of wisdom. She is just the right amounts of professional, concerned and real. I appreciate her input in the lives of my children. We are honored to be apart of the Emerald family! ☘
