I took my oldest there for 7 years and my other children there as well. The quality of care has changed a lot. Refusal to treat or when help with medical issues. When you do make a point to meet with a doctor for explanation about their choice you are charged just to talk to them. You have to pay for immunization records. I for a year have requested and paid for those records and my kids new drs office has yet to send them. Very sad. The provider we saw was my pediatrician as a kid and I won’t take my kids back.
We love Dr. Parsons and her incredible amount of patience for our crew!
We have been going here for a few years, and had mostly routine well check visits which have always been positive. We love the staff here, but I must say where we have been completely blown away is by how responsive and on top of it they are when it comes to illnesses. We had two sick kids, and they correctly diagnosed, implemented treatments, were available for questions, walked us through additional home treatments, talked to other doctors on our behalf (when we had an urgent care visit), and were so supportive. We just love Dr. Parsons!!! She is very caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My boys just love her!! The whole staff has been nothing but exceptional!
We are so sad to be leaving Emerald Pediatrics! I just tried to book my daughter's one year check up and was told my doctor wouldn't be available until October, and all other doctors are not available until mid September. I'm not sure why you can book a sick visit the day of but you cannot book A well visit for a few months...
