RecommendedMy kids have been coming here for 10 years. All the drs are great. Except, today. Today, I called to get a copy of my kids shot records and whoever answered the phone was just completely rude. She said ok the records would b ready to pick up . I said can you please mail them out, since I live 35 mnts away and you guys have mailed them out before. She just put me on hold and never came back in the line. Rude!!
Dr. Parsons (and all of the doctors there) takes the time to listen, cares about her patients and their well being, is funny, and my kids LOVE her. Highly recommend!
These are most caring, down to earth doctors I’ve ever met. We LOVE all of them!
I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Our main doctor is Dr. Parsons and she is incredible! She is great with our boys but also makes sure I am okay as a mom of two young kids. I know that we are in good hands with her and that is absolutely priceless. We had to see Dr. Thompson one time and she was absolutely wonderful also! I highly recommend this practice.

Love love love this office! We started coming here 7 years ago, when my oldest was born and we currently bring all 4 of our children to Emerald. We chose this practice because it is where I went as a child but we continue to stay because of the top notch quality of care provided. This place is a NIGHTMARE! Dealing with reception is the absolute worst! They always have an attitude and act like you are an inconvenience when they have to stop their own conversation to do their jobs! My daughter is 9 months old tomorrow and we have never had a good experience at this office! To start, we have only seen our actual doctor 2 times (Thompson).
