For simple cleanings they were great. Small cavity fill was great. They did not pay attention to my billing and did more xrays than my insurance covered and I had to pay extra for that (unhappy). Then when it came to putting on a new crown, they had someone inexperienced and messed it up 3 times and it still seemed like the 4th time is still sensitive many months later when she only said it would be 3 to 6 weeks. My dental experiences I had with Emerald Dental were absolutely the worst I have ever had in my life. I have had nothing but a nightmare since I went to Emerald Dental 6 months. I am still in the process of having their work redone and I am out of pocket $4,000. They will not stand behind the work they do. The only thing good that can come from my experiences would be if I can stop other people from from making the same mistake I did, and don't ever go to this office to have ANY dental work done. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
