Very unhappy with the fairly recent change in Dr. Passwater's patient care. My family had been with her since she opened and recently every appt made there has resulted in a last minute phone call by the staff to either cancel or reschedule. I mean LAST minute. The last straw was when my 15 yr old needed a root canal and when I called to express concern that she get enough sedation the Dr. referred us out to a specialist. This was done 3 hrs before her scheduled appt with Dr. Passwaters and she had had weeks to decide this. ... read more

my wife made me go to the dentist after 12 years of not going. when i went into the office, i was told i had no cavaties but needed to replace existing mercury fillings with porseline ones. needless to say, i agreed. after fillings, one of the teeth chipped as a result of a filling being to high when i bit. the dentist told me a grinded my teeth when i slept even though my wife has monitored and disagrees with. anyways, the dentist took me in for an emergency crown and shortly after an abscess formed under my tooth due to an... read more

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? No, it was almost unbearable Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Yes, they were very pushy

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
