I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They did a "root canal" on myself and my daughter. We both had to have them redone by other dentists because they hurt so bad for weeks afterwards. Our bill was paid in full when we left, but special "charges" cropped up after we told them we were leaving which were immediately sent to collections. I would never return.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. The building is handicap-accessible. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The staff really knows what they're doing, and are friendly and patient. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Worst experience ever. They just saw dollar signs when they saw me and my family. All these unnecessary procedures were done. Had my filling refilled, oops, root canal! Then my crown fell out twice. Kids had their fillings constantly fall out. When kids would have procedures done the bill would be much larger because the doctor would go in and do a "mini" root canal. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Avoid this dentist. Recommends unecessary procedures, poor quality work. Brought my family there, wife and four children. Bill steadily inflated from the estimate, added mini root canals, etc. Fillings fell out and have had three crowns fall out. Replaced filling turned into a root canal. On top of all that, their accounting system was so messed up I received a bill two years later. Don't say you have not been warned.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
