I had trouble with my laptop booting up one morning, I called EmeraldComputers, they tried helping me through the phone, but to no avail it didn't help, but they said they could be of more help if I dropped by and diagnose the issue and fix it. I came back the next day with my laptop working as it did. Very solid customer service, and help.
One of the worse headache one can encounter during the day is to have your PC unable to boot, and suddenly you are faced with a threat of losing all your files....the worse case scenario is when you can't get good IT personals to help fix the PC up for you. Man!!! it is the worse feeling ever. Fortunately, ever since i was introduced to Emerald Computers such headaches are headaches of the past.
