Our company contracted out for services. They did not complete but only about 10% of that. We asked for our money back or at least a majority reflecting the work done. We had to proceed to court for a judgment to get a refund. The judge felt we were in the right. We were then awarded a judgment. It’s been some time ago and still have not been reimbursed.
