Great People Very Honest..I Recommend them to everyone.
Honestly, hands down one of the best computer surplus stores I've found minus what was around when I was a kid, I needed batteries in bulk and they had just what I needed. If I had the money I would never leave this place, the people are amazing and so very friendly. I recommend anyone who wants tech help to come to these guys!!!
I don't know the first thing about computers. This place has a friendly and knowledgable staff that will help you out with any of your computer needs and won't take advantage of you lack of knowledge. Will do business here again. I highly recommend.
I'm a graphic designer and need a fast computer because it's my main work tool. A week ago my pc didn't turn on, I'm really tech savvy but this time I couldn't solve it for myself. I asked Emerald Computers for help and they not only fixed it but offered me a better graphics card for a great price and with a fast turnaround. I'm so glad that I told all my friends to use their services.
One thing about Emerald Computers that stuck with me is how fast they reply to my problem. I coudn't figure out how to install a system and they walked me through step by step. If you'd say Batman is fiction, then I guess you haven't met Emerald Computers ... yet.
