best facials ever! Tony is fabulous! We have a once a month date, his facials are the best I have ever experienced! One day his appointment before me ran later than expected, his sister Gina one of the hairstylists noticed and ran me a foot bath while I waited. That is customer service! Fan-frickin-tastic! One word: Amazing. Gina always understands what I am trying to accomplish and when I am out of ideas she gives me her own. I always feel and look great after I leave there. And it's not just the cut, or the color, it's the sweet and friendly attitude of the shop. Her mom and brother are always so nice and Gina and I get along so well. The Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow Love Emerald City. I have never had to wait too long for my appointment times. Everyone there is always very friendly and punctual. Tony is a wonder kid and has finally gotten my acne in control. Gina and Angela do a great job on my biosculpture gel nails. Emerald City is the only place in the Sacramento Area to offer biosculpture and i love it.
