best facials ever! Tony is fabulous! We have a once a month date, his facials are the best I have ever experienced! One day his appointment before me ran later than expected, his sister Gina one of the hairstylists noticed and ran me a foot bath while I waited. That is customer service! For the gal a few reviews up that gave the salon a one star "because something smells fishy with all those 5 stars but I have never been there before" it's not a big business salon it is a family run and feel salon and that is why it works. Beautiful Fantastic Hair!!!! I went in a week ago yesterday and got my hair cut and colored. It was done beautifully. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I had Shelbi do my hair. She is amazing! She also makes sure she know what you want before she does it. She also gives her opinions helping me on what would look good or wanting to know if i wanted to try new things.I love how she keeps me up to speed on everything she doing! Shelbi does amazing hair!! A little over a month ago, I went in to Emerald City and got a hair cut and highlights done by Shelbi. I was a little nervous at first because I've never had highlights done before; however, the fear quickly disappeared. Amazing beyond words I have been going to Emerald City for almost two years and I am still blown away by their knowledge and customer service. Gina has worked wonders with my hair and it has never felt so healthy. She is so knowledgeable and is truly gifted. She knows how to bring out the beauty in hair, every time. 70+ Sisters-- you'll love it so will your face! I have had Kim do my hair for ages, ages. I'm so pleased with her styling and patience with me, she is unbelievable and always so pleasant and cordial. Her professional standards are beyond great. When I discovered that Tony does facials, etc., I jumped on having him "work" on me.
