70+ Sisters-- you'll love it so will your face! I have had Kim do my hair for ages, ages. I'm so pleased with her styling and patience with me, she is unbelievable and always so pleasant and cordial. Knowledgeable, friendly staff I like Emerald City for a bunch of reasons, but mainly because everyone there is very knowledgeable in their field. I had my colors done the first time I was there - to my surprise I now know why so many outfits I think look good on someone else don't look great on me; it was the wrong color for my tone! I now have a great cut and my hair is super healthy and soft. Also! There is a list of massages, and facials, and trust me on this one - the most gentle wax all done by a cute cute guy....
Excellent Service & Friendly Staff If you want excellent services in a friendly atmosphere then Emerald City is the place to go! Prices are mid-range for the greater Sacto area and the skill of the technicians and product quality is top notch. Great skin care, cutting, styling and color!
The one stop shop for affordable salon sevices! I really have traveled to The Emerald City. The wizard truly does exist. Three of them actually! Gina, Tony, and Angela. I just happened to run across Gina and Tony at Alfred Angelo Bridal in Roseville. My New Best Friend After years of disappointment and heartache, when it comes to haircuts, I have finally found a salon I can trust. These guys are the best. They offer current styles, an awesome line of professional products, consultations and recommendations without high pressure sales. In addition to the talent they have shown with my difficult curly hair, my feet have never been happier since I started indulging in the Gel Toe Pedicures. Reasonable prices for exceptional talent!
This place is great The staff here are highly trained and are very knowledgable about the services that they offer and love what they do. I always leave happy whether I am getting a hair cut or my eyebrows waxed. A lot of the products are expensive but you get good quality for what you pay. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow Love Emerald City. I have never had to wait too long for my appointment times. Everyone there is always very friendly and punctual. Tony is a wonder kid and has finally gotten my acne in control. Gina and Angela do a great job on my biosculpture gel nails. Emerald City is the only place in the Sacramento Area to offer biosculpture and i love it.
Shelbi does amazing hair!! A little over a month ago, I went in to Emerald City and got a hair cut and highlights done by Shelbi. I was a little nervous at first because I've never had highlights done before; however, the fear quickly disappeared.
