Our one year old Border terrier decided to chase a cat under the wheels of a car - the cat escaped but dog was rolled over by a car wheel. We went to Emerald City as the dog began deteriorating (wheezing, glassy eyed, incontinent). Over the next couple of days they took care of the dog through the critical period when it was not clear whether or not she would live or die. She lived, and in the end my impression was that although they were not coddling, they were honest, competent, professional, and communicative.?

**4 stars** We had an issue with two of our greyhounds getting into a fight and after the dust settled, both needed to be taken into the vet...on the Fourth of July...after 6PM. Ugh. Of course, it was a holiday after-hours and our regular vet was closed. Off to Emerald City we go! Considering the upsetting nature of our visit, we had a great experience with the entire staff and docs at the clinic. We are writing this to note to express our most sincere thanks to your superb end of life care for our cats, Dumbo and Klutz. They were a big part of our lives and their absence continues to pain us. To all the staff at Emerald City Emergency Clinic: I would like to express my thanks to all of you who answered my questions so patiently and thoroughly on Saturday when my Cocker spanial, Tara, was in labor. I made several calls and was quite anxious- it was Tara's first litter and niether my husband nor I had been experienced in the dog breeding and puppy delivery before. It is very comforting to be able to call in the middle of a long night and get an answer. Thank you!

"My dog had bloat and the Doctors had him on the table in minutes. They saved my dog and guess what, I didn't have to take out a loan to pay for it. They worked out a payment schedule. My dog is still doing great thanks to the fantastic service I got at Emerald City. I'd go back in a heartbeat."
