I have accessed therapy on and off over the last few years but I can honestly say that Embodied Trauma Therapy is the one center that has had a lasting impact on me. The opportunity to feel safe, to explore my coping strategies and to become more attune to my mental health has made life easier.
I totally recommend Donna! If anyone is struggling with mental health please don’t be hesitate to reach out to her. She has been the biggest advocate for my mental health. When I worked with Donna, she was so helpful, easy to communicate, a good listener, caring, and so many great things to say about her. I learned tapping method, meditation, and other techniques from her, and I still use those techniques to calm me down whenever I face difficulties in life. Thank you Donna for everything!!
