Located in the Historic District, Ember serves contemporary American fare in a picturesque Victorian-style bungalow. Under the supervision of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw, Ember thrives as apres-ski crowds trickle into his restaurant, eager for a taste of culinary masterpieces such as Boar Tenderloin, Conch Cobbler and the Beef Short Rib. His place is awesome! New favorite!! The Waygu appetizer was absolutely fabulous!!! The Elk and Striped Bass are a gastronomic delight, and we are about to try a lavida cocoa dessert! I do not think it will disappoint!!
I am not a fan of “swanky” or tiny portions so I was concerned about how this meal would be. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful flavors but there was plenty to eat as well. Highly recommend. Friendly staff also.
Cute little place in the middle of Beckenridge village. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu but also about the history of the house. We had the soup of the day and lettuces chicken warps while we had some awesome cocktails. The reason I’m given only 4 starts is because my entree was not as I had expected. I ordered the Elk. I had Elk twice before and it has always been tender and lean. The mealt in your mouth type of meat. Unfortually, this time around the Elk was fatty and chewy.
Popped in for happy hour during our own little Valentine's day pub crawl... food and cocktails were spectacular. Parker, our bartender, was entertaining and made the experience fantastic. He even made great suggestions as to where our next stop should be. Thank you Parker!
What a wonderful dining experience. The staff was very gracious and accommodating with my gluten free request. I didn’t not feel that I was missing out because of my dietary restriction. This is the perfect restaurant in Breckenridge to celebrate a special occasion.
We were treated like a king a queen, phenomenally friendly staff, exquisite food, absolutely incredible energy and vibe, very very cool place to dine!
