Absolutely WONDERFUL and unique menu. Staff and chef are perfect! We had reservations and the staff contacted us to change those up a bit. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable on the strange ingredients and how it was prepared. I chose Ember for my vacay birthday dinner this year because Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw always exceeds my expectations! The food is beautiful and delicious, the staff are a team who serve in incredible harmony, and it feels like family...one of amazing artistry!
