The staff here was amazing. Each area of services whomever I had any dealings with, I arrived earlier and peson working sales department, she happily adjusted my checkin and checkout dates. Breakfast,happy hour and Our 34th family reunion banquet were all excellent.Staff member who made my family feel welcome to be guest at embassyto name two were Ms Boonie and Cornelus I can't recall the other ladies names but again. The staff there give 100% hospitality services .
Every Embassy Suite that I have stayed in gets a rating of 5. This one is of the same, 5 stars and more. Check in staff was friendly and it was fast. Awesome breakfast! Thanks for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The bartender was very RUDE and gave lousy service
The breakfast, happy hour and check out times were perfect!! The only down fall was the size of the room. The embassy in Hampton Va's rooms are bigger! And the bathroom is on the outside of the bedroom. For having small children that are very light sleepers that is a must for us! The room also smelt like mold and was very musty!! My youngest son has a lot of health issue and needs breathing treatments often so that was bothersome.
Great hotel, clean rooms, wonderful employees, awesome food and drinks....HORRIBLE WIFI!
RecommendedI really love this hotel. Happy hour was the bomb n to top it off da breakfast was delious. We will b coming back.
